Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions. Perfect Day Ocean Cruise reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient numbers.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Prices include buffet lunch, refreshments, and use of all equipment (wetsuits, snorkel gear, kayaks, SUPs, reef boards).

Medical & Safety

Please declare any medical conditions or physical limitations to our crew before departure. Personal flotation devices are available for those needing swimming assistance. Guests should notify us of dietary requirements in advance.

Liability

Participation in ocean-based activities carries inherent risks. By booking and participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Perfect Day Ocean Cruise carries appropriate insurance but is not liable for injuries arising from the inherent risks of adventure activities.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
